What we're looking for

We’re seeking a confident, results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You understand the art of selling a vision, not just a property, and can guide clients through the unique process of purchasing off-plan luxury villas in Thailand.

The ideal candidate combines genuine passion for real estate with sharp commercial instincts, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to connect with high-net-worth clients from around the world. Knowledge of Thai property laws, including freehold and leasehold structures for foreign buyers, is essential.

Your day-to-day

  • Handle inbound leads from direct, and agency networks;
  • Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agencies and direct networks;
  • Manage your pipeline using our CRM system with precision and consistency;
  • Conduct calls, video conferences, WhatsApp communications, and in-person meetings;
  • Qualify prospects and understand their investment goals and lifestyle needs;
  • Coordinate and lead property inspections and site viewings;
  • Guide clients through the entire purchase journey, from reservation to contract to handover;
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support and cultivate long-term client relationships;
  • Build and maintain SKHAI’s presence in the local market.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably luxury or off-plan properties;
  • Fluency in English is essential; Russian, Chinese, or European languages are a strong advantage;
  • Strong understanding of Koh Samui’s real estate market and Thai property ownership structures;
  • Experience working with international clients and high-net-worth individuals;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools;
  • Valid driving license and own transportation;
  • Legal right to work in Thailand
