Junior Project Manager – Koh Samui

We’re seeking an ambitious Junior Project Manager ready to grow in the construction industry. You’ll work alongside our senior team, learning the ins and outs of luxury villa construction while taking ownership of key responsibilities on site.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable on construction sites, confident communicating with contractors, and detail-oriented when it comes to documentation and reporting.

• Conduct daily site visits to monitor construction progress and quality
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on schedules and deliveries
• Track project timelines and flag any delays or issues to senior management
• Prepare weekly progress reports with photos, updates, and status summaries
• Ensure construction work meets design specifications and quality standards
• Monitor material deliveries and verify quantities against orders
• Support permit applications and liaise with local authorities as needed
• Maintain organized project documentation including contracts, plans, and correspondence
• Assist with budget tracking and cost reporting
• Participate in project meetings and document action items

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 1-2 years experience in construction or project coordination preferred; fresh graduates with strong internships considered
• Fluency in Thai & English is essential
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite; and project management software
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Comfortable working outdoors on construction sites
• Valid driving license and own transportation
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Legal right to work in Thailand
