What we're looking for
We want a seasoned capital markets professional with deep relationships in private wealth and institutional investment. You’ve raised significant capital for real estate ventures and understand how to structure deals that attract family offices, UHNW platforms, and co-investors. You’re entrepreneurial, strategic, and ready to lead the investment story for a high-growth luxury platform.
Your day-to-day
Lead capital raising for project-specific vehicles and future fund structures targeting family offices, HNWI platforms, and institutional co-investors
Source and negotiate debt financing including construction loans, bridge, and mezzanine — as well as equity partnerships
Structure optimal capital stacks to maximize returns while minimizing risk — prepare term sheets, investment memos, and loan documentation
Build and maintain a global investor pipeline focused on luxury real estate in Southeast Asia and the Mediterranean
Oversee investment underwriting standards, return modeling, and distribution waterfalls
Act as the primary relationship owner for existing and future limited partners
Monitor existing debt portfolio: handle compliance, refinancings, extensions, and exits
Lead preparation of investor presentations, marketing materials, and fundraising updates
Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, and legal teams on due diligence and closings
Requirements
12+ years in private equity, investment management, or capital raising — luxury hospitality or residential strongly preferred
Verifiable track record of raising significant capital for real estate ventures
Existing relationships with family offices, UHNW platforms, and private wealth channels across Asia, Middle East, and Europe
Deep experience structuring waterfalls, promotes, and preferred returns
Strong financial modeling skills and ability to underwrite complex deals
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field — MBA, CFA, or CCIM a plus
