What we're looking for
We need a detail-oriented and commercially sharp Quantity Surveyor who takes pride in accurate cost control. You’ll work closely with project managers, site architects, and contractors to ensure every project stays within budget while maintaining the luxury finish our clients expect. You’re proactive, thorough, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Your day-to-day
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and cost estimates for new villa developments
Manage project budgets from feasibility stage through construction and final handover
Evaluate and negotiate contractor and subcontractor tenders and quotations
Track and report on project expenditures, forecasting costs and flagging variances early
Prepare and assess variation orders, ensuring proper documentation and cost impact analysis
Conduct regular site visits to verify progress against valuations and interim payment certificates
Liaise with procurement to ensure materials are sourced cost-effectively without compromising quality
Prepare monthly cost reports for senior management with clear variance analysis
Support the pre-construction team with budgeting for new project feasibility studies
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in residential or hospitality construction
Strong experience with BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and budget management
Familiarity with Thai construction practices, materials, and contractor markets is a strong advantage
Proficiency with cost management and measurement tools
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills in English — Thai language is a plus
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, or related field
