What we're looking for

We’re looking for a confident, relationship-driven sales professional who knows the Greek luxury property market inside out. You understand the local legal framework, can navigate the purchase process for international buyers, and have the presence and professionalism to work with high-net-worth clients. Above all, you’re a closer — someone who can guide a client from first inquiry to signed contract.

Your day-to-day

Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through to closing and after-sales support

Handle inbound inquiries and proactively develop relationships with agencies, referral networks, and local partners

Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, site inspections, and viewings for international clients

Provide expert guidance on the Greek property purchase process, legal requirements, and investment structure

Manage your client pipeline through regular follow-ups via calls, emails, video conferences, and in-person meetings

Collaborate with the marketing team to provide local market insights for campaigns and content

Represent SKHAI at property exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions in Greece and internationally

Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, lawyers, and notaries

Requirements

3+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the Greek islands or Mediterranean market

Deep knowledge of Greek property law, purchase procedures, and tax implications for international buyers

Fluent in Greek and English — additional European languages are a strong advantage

Established network of contacts in the Mykonos or Cyclades property market

Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with affluent international clients

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

Valid driving license and willingness to be based in Mykonos during peak season
