What we're looking for
We want an architect who is as comfortable on a construction site as they are at a drafting table. You have a keen eye for detail, can spot deviations from design intent immediately, and know how to work with contractors to solve problems in the field without compromising the architectural vision. You’re practical, solutions-oriented, and passionate about building beautiful spaces.
Your day-to-day
Provide on-site architectural supervision during all phases of construction
Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and construction details to ensure compliance with design intent
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on technical specifications, finishes, and material selections
Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) and provide timely design clarifications on site
Identify and resolve design conflicts or construction challenges in the field
Monitor construction quality and workmanship, conducting regular inspections
Collaborate with the design team on any modifications required during construction
Document site progress, design deviations, and as-built conditions
Support the handover process ensuring all architectural elements meet completion standards
Coordinate with local authorities on building permits and compliance requirements
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an architect with significant site supervision experience
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing for residential projects
Experience with luxury or high-end residential construction is highly preferred
Proficiency in architectural drawing review and technical coordination
Familiarity with Thai building codes, regulations, and permit processes is a strong advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively between design teams, contractors, and project management
Degree in Architecture — licensed architect preferred
Proficiency in English — Thai language is a plus
