What we're looking for

We want a hands-on content creator and strategist who lives and breathes social media. You have a creative eye for luxury aesthetics, understand what makes affluent audiences stop scrolling, and know how to turn beautiful content into qualified leads. You’re equally comfortable behind a camera as you are analyzing campaign performance.

Your day-to-day

Own day-to-day management and content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Create and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content — including drone footage, virtual tours, construction updates, lifestyle shoots, and investor testimonials

Develop and execute paid and organic campaigns: lead generation ads, awareness campaigns for new project launches, and retargeting for warm leads

Plan and schedule a consistent content calendar with stunning visuals, optimized captions, and cross-platform synergy

Manage community engagement: respond to comments and DMs, build relationships with followers and influencers, and foster user-generated content

Collaborate with internal teams and external photographers and videographers to source assets across all destinations

Run A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and targeting — optimizing for reach, engagement, click-throughs, and cost-per-lead

Analyze performance and report monthly insights and recommendations to leadership

Requirements

3 to 7+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in luxury brands, real estate, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle sectors

Strong emphasis on video content creation and editing, with a portfolio demonstrating campaign results

Hands-on expertise with paid social advertising and content scheduling platforms

Creative eye for luxury aesthetics with the ability to produce visually stunning, aspirational content

Understanding of high-net-worth buyer journeys and conversion optimization on social platforms

Excellent written skills for captions and ad copy — English primary, Thai or Mandarin advantageous

Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Portfolio of past work showing successful campaigns, video content, and growth metrics

IMPORTANT: Candidates must have a minimum of 35,000 total followers across their personal or managed social accounts
