“It’s excellent. Everything has been fantastic. The team has been very responsive via email. Any questions that I had, my wife wanted to make any changes, we were able to make those very quickly. So from that perspective, I’m extremely happy with the quality and outcome of the villa.”

Were there any challenges or fears you had and how did we help you overcome it?

“I think at this stage, because of the pandemic with COVID, it was not possible to come to Koh Samui and see the progress of the construction during that time. But again, the team has been excellent in terms of the communication sharing detailed updates with me. So I didn’t feel I need to come and see the updates. And so now coming to see it for the first time with the completion of the project, it’s exactly as expected.”

“Well, actually I have a friend, who also bought another villa from the same development.
