The 30+30+30 year leasehold is the most common and legally secure structure for foreigners purchasing a villa in Thailand. It grants an initial 30-year registered lease with two contractual renewal periods of 30 years each, giving a total tenure of up to 90 years. The lease is formally registered at the Land Department, providing full legal standing and long-term security.

Condominium Freehold
