"My family and I presently live in the ‘ideal home’ we’ve always wanted. Before we discovered Skhai, my wife and I had looked at over two dozen projects and contacted various other developers, but none of them met our expectations in terms of service.

Because I was relocating from France with my wife and two children, I had very specific requirements in terms of villa size, design and location. We needed an absolutely perfect location that had a short distance to international schools, hospitals, convenience stores. Moreover, we also needed a home with a children’s playroom, lots of storage space and a large pool deck.

Aside from that, what was critical for me in particular was that I needed the villa to be completed within the timeframe that was given. They demonstrated a lot of progress very quickly, which is rare because there are many developers that give a one-year timeframe from groundbreaking to actual possession, but more than half of them are not able to deliver. I was very impressed that the team at Skhai were very focused on delivering my villa on time despite the various other ongoing projects they had. That was very important to me as a home buyer. 

There were many such examples and experiences with Skhai that motivated me to purchase the property from them and I would highly recommend others to do so as well."
